Join us to view the eclipse while listening to a live poetry reading by Los Angeles spoken word icon Alyesha Wise. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair and stay awhile! Participants will receive eclipse viewing glasses, available while supplies last.
The eclipse starts shortly after 10 a.m. on April 8. The Poetry Reading begins at 11 a.m. shortly before the eclipse reaches its local maximum. Come early and enjoy the entire show (courtesy of both nature and our poet).
