November is a fiction month for the Arroyo Book Club and the book we will be reading is Warlight by Michael Ondaatje.
From the internationally acclaimed, Booker Prize-winning author of The English Patient, this is “an elegiac thriller [with] the immediate allure of a dark fairy tale*” set in the decade after World War II that tells the dramatic story of two teenagers and an eccentric group of characters. *The Washington Post
There will be copies of the book available at the library in the usual location (just ask staff if you don’t know where that is). If you prefer ebook format there are plenty of copies available in Libby/Overdrive here.
