This week’s question was what is the Miller Standard?  The Miller Standard refers to the test for obscenity in America.  The standard demands

The question (& answer) were taken from p. 189 of The Encyclopedia of Censorship by Jonathon Green.  The book was published in 1990 by Facts on File, Inc.
