Trivia of the Month (Answer)

The question was what is cirage.  The answer is “a monochromatic painting in yellow."  Interesting.

The question (and answer) were found on p. 111 of The Dictionary of Interior Design by Martin Pegler.  The book was published by Crown Publishers in 1966.
