Summer Reading Challenge 2019 – Homemade Soda & Kombucha


Learn how to make and care for your own kombucha culture in this workshop taught by food preservationist Brie Wakeland, who will also share methods and recipes for various other natural drinks, such as root beer, shrubs, kefir, jun and more. Samples will be available for tasting.
