Websites I Like…

The Digital Public Library of America is a fun site to play around in.  Their goal is “bringing together the riches of America’s libraries, archives, museums, and cultural heritage sites, and making them freely available to students, teachers, researchers, and the general public.”  They make more than 14 million items available for searching or browsing and create special curated collections for your enjoyment.  Another feature they have is a timeline which, logically, allows you to take a chronological look at their collection.

Take a moment and play around with it.
