In I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson we meet twins Jude and Noah. We see Noah’s take on the events of their lives when they are 13, almost 14 and pick up with Jude’s take 3 years later. When we first meet them the twins are inseparable but something happened in the intervening years and when we pick up the story they are barely speaking. The book explores the twins' experiences as they approach this terrible event and as they attempt to recover from it. The book was compelling and hard to put down. I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates a good dramatic exploration of emotion.
