Stephanie Stiavetti & Garrett McCord, devotes itself entirely to variations
on the theme of macaroni and cheese & (vitally for a cookbook) includes a
ton of mouthwatering photographs. These
variations stretch from the classic stovetop melty cheese & macaroni to
delicious sounding pasta salads that include (unmelted) cheese. Consider for example a serving of Summer
Pasta Salad with Fruit Salad or Lincolnshire Poacher with Cotija, Chorizo, and
