Reading All Creatures Great and Small by James
Herriot last month for book club infected me with the desire to read more of
his books so I picked up Every Living Thing (which was
actually his last adult book). It was
just as full of humorous anecdotes & small slices of life as his other
titles. Cheered me right up. I would recommend his books to anyone as a
first time read and as a re-read. Pick
up one of his books for yourself.
