The Arroyo Seco Library first opened its doors (though they
were in a different building back then) on February 27, 1914. We would like to celebrate this event on the date in 2014 and so
begin our planning here today. At this
stage in the game we would like to figure out what the celebration should look
like & so we turn to you. Please
let us know what you think would constitute the best way to celebrate our 100th. No idea is too crazy or extravagant. Send your ideas via email (ayosco@lapl.org), phone us (323-255-0537)
& ask to speak with Sarah, or drop into the library to speak to a librarian
about your ideas in person. We want to
hear from everyone.
