If you’re in the mood for some lightweight, silly fantastical reading pick up
Death’s Daughter by Amber Benson. The book tells the tale of Calliope Reaper-Jones, a somewhat self-involved, shallow thinking twenty something. Then her father is kidnapped and Calliope must step up to the plate in order to save him.
The book offers an amusing plot and an annoyingly cotton candy main character but it is good for a couple of hours of entertainment.
