Websites I Use...

A new website (at least new to me, I don’t know how long it’s been around) I’ve recently taken a look at is Open States (http://openstates.org/).  This site is dedicated to providing information about politics on the state level.  You can use it to find out who the state level reps are for any address and then see how they’ve been voting.  You can also use it to track bill progress and search for upcoming legislation.  Handy for keeping track of how things are going in your state --- politically.

The site is a product of the Sunlight Foundation, a group dedicated to making government accountable and transparent.  If you’re curious you can check out their website at http://sunlightfoundation.com/.
