This week’s question was where do you find the most important ruby deposits?  Some of the most important ruby deposits are in Burma, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Tanzania.

The question (& answer) were found on p. 84 of Gemstones of the World by Walter Schumann.  The book was published by Sterling Publishing Co. in 1998.
